You are unable to “restart” the raid if you teleport using a wish. Wishes can be used to reach later parts of the raid without having to defeat the bosses before those parts.
Another alternative to shuro chi is one of the moon missions that gives infinite ammo and spawns unlimited enemies, or grasp of avarice, but these are inefficient. I was able to one man shuro chi because if I died, I would just respawn and continue dealing damage.
